Fans don’t only love the Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes for his football skills; they also adore his team spirit. He fully supports his teammates in their lives, often congratulating them on their achievements or any positive updates in their personal lives. It happened again when tight end Noah Gray announced good news for the Chiefs Kingdom.

On Saturday, October 25, the TE shared a carousel of photos on Instagram with his wife, Mary Elise Gray. The photos also featured their daughter, Naomi. But the caption stole everyone’s attention. “Noah’s girl army is getting a tiny bit bigger 🎀🩰,” the couple wrote, revealing that the Gray family has now become a family of four.

Patrick Mahomes led the fans in congratulating the couple as he commented, “Congrats!❤️” The signal caller is a proud dad of three children, two daughters and one son. So, he can feel the happiness of the Gray couple.

Several others also joined Mahomes. Bobby Stroupe, his trainer and the founder of the Athlete Performance Enhancement Center (APEC), also shared his excitement. “Congrats, you two,” he wrote on their IG post. Ana Lucia Demmer, wife of Noah Gray’s teammate and Chiefs center, Creed Humphrey, also wished the couple, writing, “And we are PUMPED!💗”. More than the players, the wives of the Chiefs players were happy.

Chiefs LB and Patrick Mahomes’ teammate, Cole Christiansen‘s wife, Morgan, also shared her happy emotions. “💞💞💞,” she used emojis to convey the feelings of excitement over the couple’s family news.

Overall, it was an auspicious moment for the Chiefs Kingdom. They are also rallying a comeback on the gridiron. TE Noah Gray is also enjoying the next steps of his life.

Noah Gray and Mary Elise Gray have a happy family life

Noah met Mary at Duke University. They connected through a mutual friend, Mark Birmingham, one of Noah’s football teammates. During their senior fall semester in 2020, they often went to Mark’s house, known as the Bunker, where friends gathered for games and music. Their friendship soon turned into romance, and as Mary later joked, she was the one who made the first move.

She grew up in Marietta, Georgia, and started playing lacrosse at age seven and attended Blessed Trinity Catholic High School, where she became a two-time state champion and a three-time All-American. After high school, Mary joined Duke University’s women’s lacrosse team in 2018. Over her four-year college career from 2018 to 2021, she proved herself as a talented player. In her first season, she ranked third on the team and helped the Blue Devils reach the ACC quarterfinals.

In the fall of 2020, Mary and Noah began dating during their senior year at Duke. They often went on dinner dates and spent time together around campus. Their relationship quickly grew stronger as they supported each other’s athletic dreams, Noah Gray with football and Mary with lacrosse.

On July 2, 2022, the couple got married at the Catholic Church of St. Ann in Marietta, Georgia, Mary’s hometown. Noah celebrated their wedding day on Instagram, writing, “Got my forever wifey!!❤️.” Chiefs players, including Patrick Mahomes and Jody Fortson, congratulated him.

During the 2024 Super Bowl, where the Chiefs won back-to-back championships, Noah revealed that Mary was pregnant. In March 2024, they welcomed Naomi and shared a photo of her tiny feet with the caption, “Baby Naomi 🩷 3/17/2024.”

Noah and Mary began giving back to the Kansas City community soon after moving there. Before the 2025 Super Bowl, they volunteered with PawsAbilities, an organization that helps people with disabilities learn work and social skills by making pet treats and accessories.

Mary continues to support Noah throughout his football journey. Together, Noah and Mary Gray have built a life built on love, faith, and teamwork, both on and off the field.
