Washington Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels may be sidelined on the field this season, but he just stepped back into the spotlight with a major career move. On November 18, Boardroom revealed through an Instagram post that Daniels has officially taken a big leap off the field. He is now looking to turn fame on the football field into new business opportunities.

“Commanders star QB Jayden Daniels just signed with one of the biggest players in talent and sports,” read the caption of the Instagram post. “The 24-year-old is officially joining @3artssports, aligning with a roster that already includes Travis Kelce and Myles Garrett.

“Daniels will partner with the company to build out his production outfit and expand his presence across sports, business, media, and entertainment.”

Daniels is now officially represented by 3 Arts Sports, which is majority-owned by Lionsgate. The sports division belongs to 3 Arts Entertainment, a major talent management and production company that just expanded its reach after acquiring A&A Management Group. That’s the same group that works with Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.

His longtime business manager, Regina Jackson (also his mother), guided this move. Together, they will build his personal media production company and expand across sports, business, media, and entertainment.

“Our partnership with 3 Arts represents more than management. It’s alignment around vision,” Regina Jackson said. “3 Arts understands that today’s athlete is also a storyteller, investor, and cultural leader. What drew us to their team is their ability to operate with precision, creativity, and scale to help Jayden expand his influence across every vertical of sport, business, and entertainment.”

After 3 Arts Entertainment acquired A&A Management in June, they hired Shey Olaoshebikan, a veteran sports executive and brand strategist. He can help athletes break into the entertainment industry through 3 Arts Entertainment’s resources, which include top directors, writers, showrunners, actors, athletes, and news personalities. And that’s exactly what Daniels needs.

“While my focus will always be on football, my team and I are excited to tap into opportunities that can help expand my impact off the field,” said Jayden Daniels, as per Boardroom.

That’s a smart balance. He stays committed to the Commanders but keeps his eyes open for long-term opportunities.

Jackson believes that Jayden Daniels is stepping into a space where athletes are more than just players. They’re storytellers. So, Jayden Daniels is already building that blueprint for his post-playing career, and fans praised the move as soon as it was announced.

Fans react to Jayden Daniels’ signing with 3 Arts Sports

When Boardroom announced Jayden Daniels’ collaboration with 3 Arts Sports, fans immediately took to social media with excitement. “The way he signs brand deals is so tuff,” one fan wrote.

Jayden Daniels already proved his marketability earlier this year when CELSIUS signed him to a multi-year partnership. It was his first major endorsement deal, and he became the face of their new hydration line. He has also partnered with Raising Cane’s, Urban Outfitters, Beats by Dre, and Powerade. Isn’t that remarkable? Still, some fans urged him to protect his future first.

They have a point. The Commanders’ QB suffered a dislocated left elbow in the 38-14 loss to the Seattle Seahawks this season. The early X-rays looked good, and the MRI revealed no ligament damage. But an NFL doctor recently hinted at hidden issues with his injury. So, why risk long-term mobility when the future looks this bright?

“The best is yet to come for Jayden,” one fan concluded, while another wrote, “The Commanders got a QB who’s thinking bigger than football. I love it.”

Ultimately, the 3 Arts deal gives Jayden Daniels a financial advantage early in his career. He already earns well through his rookie NFL deal, and his ability to attract major brands shows his value off the field.

“This is smart honestly! I don’t wish injuries on anybody and think Jayden is a solid player but 3 different injuries to different body parts at 24 years old is concerning. Having different career options while playing is smart and gets the edge long-term. This game ain’t forever,” wrote another social media user.

Let us not forget that he broke a rib last season, though he did not miss any games. He also left the regular-season finale because of mild leg soreness, which did not impact him in the playoffs. Regardless, with this signing, Daniels’ career trajectory now feels like it’s pointing straight upward.
