Washington Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels may be sidelined this season, but he just stepped back into the spotlight with a major career move. Jayden Daniels is now officially represented by 3 Arts Sports, which is majority-owned by Lionsgate. The sports division belongs to 3 Arts Entertainment, a major talent management and production company that just expanded its reach after acquiring A&A Management Group. That’s the same group that works with Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.
So, is Jayden Daniels positioning himself for a long-term future that reaches beyond football? Well, the move suggests exactly that. 3 Arts Sports also brought in powerhouse sports manager Shey Olaoshebikan. She recruited Cleveland Browns star Myles Garrett and now Daniels. According to Boardroom, the agency will now help the Commanders’ QB grow his production company and elevate his profile across sports, business, media, and entertainment.
“3 Arts will help him launch original media projects, pursue equity-driven ventures, and shape a full ecosystem that reflects his vision on and off the field,” Boardroom also added in the Instagram post.

It’s a big promise. But doesn’t Jayden Daniels seem like the kind of athlete ready to make a game plan beyond the football field? In his statement to Boardroom, Daniels reinforced that idea.
“While my focus will always be on football, my team and I are excited to tap into opportunities that can help expand my impact off the field,” said Jayden Daniels.

That’s a smart balance. He stays committed to the Commanders but keeps his eyes open for long-term opportunities. The Instagram post by Boardroom also highlighted that his longtime business manager and mother, Regina Jackson, helped guide the move.
“Our partnership with 3 Arts represents more than management – it’s alignment around vision,” said Regina Jackson. “3 Arts understands that today’s athlete is also a storyteller, investor, and cultural leader.”
So, Regina believes that Jayden Daniels is stepping into a space where athletes are more than just players. They’re storytellers. So, Jayden Daniels is already building that blueprint for his post-playing career. And fans praised the move as soon as Boardroom announced it.

Fans react to Jayden Daniels’ signing with 3 Arts Sports

Jayden Daniels has already proved his marketability earlier this year when CELSIUS signed him to a multi-year partnership. It was his first major endorsement deal, and he became the face of their new hydration line. He has also partnered with Raising Cane’s, Urban Outfitters, Beats by Dre, and Powerade. Isn’t that a remarkable portfolio for a rookie? Still, some fans urged him to protect his future first.

“Tell them to keep you out for the rest of the szn bro, no need for you to be out there, u got a long career ahead of you,” wrote one fan.
They have a point. The Commanders’ QB suffered a dislocated left elbow in the 38-14 loss to the Seattle Seahawks this season. The early X-rays looked good, and the MRI revealed no ligament damage. But an NFL doctor recently hinted at hidden issues with his injury. So, why risk long-term mobility when the future looks this bright?
“The best is yet to come for Jayden,” one fan concluded.
Ultimately, the 3 Arts deal gives Jayden Daniels a financial advantage early in his career. He already earns well through his rookie NFL deal, and his ability to attract major brands shows his value off the field. With this signing, his career trajectory now feels like it’s pointing straight upward.
