Despite not unveiling her “diet regimen,” she humorously warned the local donut shop, Randy Donut. She mentions that her fitness mantra is affected because of this local venture. “Hi, public service announcement. Whoever’s responsible for planting this Randy’s Donuts, that’s close to my gym, count your days,” Nicole remarked.

Apart from that, the Kansas City Chiefs TE’s former partner also expressed her eagerness to eat maple bars. “Because if you think that I didn’t just finish my workout and walk immediately out of that gym, run over to this donut shop, and get me a maple bar, if you think that I didn’t park my car so I could scarf it down in peace, count your days! On July 9, mental health advocate, Nicole nearly broke the internet with her intense workout routine in her radiant pink swimsuit. Her dazzling outfit was quite similar to that of her ex-BFF Brittany Mahomes which she recently donned in her latest ad campaign for a beverage company.

Taking to her Instagram account, Nicole dropped the sensational workout clip, sporting a gorgeous athletic fit. “That shelf isn’t gonna build itself. Try two rounds of this 2-minute glute finisher on your next leg day!” she mentioned in her post.

The 33-year-old was seen kicking off with a basic squat while diving straight into squat pulses perfectly. Before releasing jump squats, Nicole asserted the reality of glute muscles, saying, “The reality is the glute muscles are not gonna grow if you don’t challenge yourself.” As she exercises rigorously, she adds, “At this point, you might be questioning yourself why the hell you’re doing this, but you have only 30 seconds left,” before winding up the workout with squat rotations.

As she finished it in style, the fitness enthusiast revealed how glute finishers have been her go-to exercise for the past few months, adding that her “glutes had never felt more activated, exhausted, and just juicy.” However, her workout is not limited to the glutes.
