With an impeccable offense and improving defense, the Dallas Cowboys had a good chance against the Denver Broncos. But the number of injuries they have been hit with is sure to make things difficult. Safety Donovan Wilson, who was absent in the last few practices, has been ruled out for the game against the Broncos in Week 8. Unfortunately, the list of worries is long for head coach Brian Schottenheimer.

The latest player added to the list is cornerback Trevon Diggs, who is placed on the injured reserve list after he missed his last game due to a concussion. He is also reportedly dealing with knee injuries. Diggs is expected to show up in the game against the Kansas City Chiefs.
Linebacker DeMarvion Overshown and cornerback Shavon Revel Jr. are also ruled out of the game due to their knee issues. Both had limited action in the practices. However, they won’t suit up for the game.

Offensive linemen Ajani Cornelius and Tyler Smith are listed as questionable and unspecified due to their knee injuries. Defensive end Marshawn Kneeland, who is dealing with an ankle injury, is listed as questionable. This isn’t the end. Safety Juanyeh Thomas is dealing with migraine, which has affected his vision, and he will also miss the Broncos game.
Cornerback Caelen Carson (hamstring), wide receiver Jonathan Mingo (knee), linebacker Kenneth Murray Jr. (ankle), and defensive tackle Mazi Smith (knee/ankle) are listed as unspecified. Tackle Tyler Guyton, who had limited action in the last few weeks, has been listed as questionable. In his absence, tackle Nate Thomas is expected to start.
Some of the players’ absences can be a major blow to the Cowboys’ defense and offense as they are headed to face one of the best defenses in the league, in Denver Broncos. This can get difficult even without the altitude issue. A loss would add to the Cowboys’ previous streak of 7 straight losses to the Broncos. On the other hand, the Broncos’ coach Sean Payton’s squad has one advantage.

The Denver Broncos might see Jonah Elliss in action
Unlike the Cowboys, the Broncos take peace in knowing that they are mostly healthy before the Week 8 game. The best aspect is that the team might see their player, Jonah Elliss. He isn’t listed in the report.
In his absence, Que Robinson took on a rotational role at edge defender.
The outside linebacker, who was dealing with a shoulder injury, was a full participant in the practice last Thursday (October 23). He missed the Broncos’ last two games. But he might return in against the Cowboys.
Offensive tackle Mike McGlinchey was a full participant all three days despite dealing with a foot and ankle issue.
