Surprisingly, the ratings of the match continue to rise, even after the team’s loss against the Packers, adding another unexpected element to the incident.

Jerry Jones found it interesting that there were several “layers of success” experienced during McCarty’s tenure with the Cowboys, which had the potential to yield favorable results in the future. However, during this decision on Wednesday, another piece of news from the Packers game has caused a stir in the NFL community. The post reads, “ESPN drew record ratings on Monday, fueled by coverage of the Cowboys collapse.” As per the data, the First Take has 1.5 million viewers, the most-viewed record ever. While Get Up and NFL Live have crossed 900+ viewers, The Pat McAfee Show has crossed 811k viewers, which is the most ever viewers in the show.

This massive record indicated that despite this huge 48-32 loss, the team enjoyed an enormous following and continued to be one of the most loved teams in the league. Another massive achievement of the team is that it enjoys the most-watched wild-card game on the network since 2015, as per Fox Sports.

Considering the owner’s popularity, they might want to keep him as their roaster. As Jerry Jones believed, “Our loss on Sunday is shared by everyone here, not just Coach McCarthy.However, many analysts protest against this decision.
