However, going back to the incident, Pearsall was busy signing autographs when a 17-year-old male suspect tried an attempted robbery. This altercation quickly escalated, with Pearsall getting s— and heavily injured. Although the suspect was taken into custody, San Francisco Police Chief William Scott added that he might have been acting alone.

Reacting to this horror situation, 49ers WR Deebo Samuel was the first one to react. “He’s good. Thank God.
