The Detroit Lions may have lost the game, but they have successfully recorded their names in the history books. The nail-biting event kept the fans on their toes till the very last second. The Dallas Cowboys won 20-19, but the Lions didn’t give up the game that easily. Jared Goff may have had an off day, but the Lions as a team turned up today.

The NFC surely knows how to play the game. The game smashed some long-standing records, and the Detroit Lions have achieved one more that will make their fans proud. The Lions had already clinched the NFC North title by winning eleven games. QB Jared Goff holds the shining beacon as he has secured 27 TDs for his team as the Lions broke an exceptional record.

RB David Montgomery proved his worth in the NFL. After joining hands with the Lions, he has secured 11 TDs for the team. On the other hand, mainstay WR Amon-Ra St. Brown is having the best season of his life and has registered eight in this one. During the game, both of them secured TDs each and kept the Lions on the hunt. In total, the Lions now have more than 25 passing and rushing touchdowns, which shows the teamwork Detroit displays.
