In 2023, Tyreek Hill said, “Love can be a mystery. At least, in the Cheetah household.” He called his engagement to Keeta Vaccaro “the beginning of forever.” However, forever didn’t last long. Seventeen months after their whirlwind marriage, the NFL star and the health influencer found themselves locked in a very public battle.

Keeta filed for divorce in April 2025. It was just a day after police visited their Miami condo following a domestic incident. Since then, things have only gotten messier. Hill, accused amid a flurry of domestic violence claims, has been paying out more than what many NFL players shell out in a month. But the story is about far more than dollar signs or headlines. It’s about lifestyles, legal battles, and a child caught in the middle of it all. And the latest move from Vaccaro has made things clear.

Keeta used to carry Hill’s last name proudly on her Instagram handle and profile, signaling their union to the world. Before filing for divorce, Keeta removed “Hill” from her Instagram handle, switching back to Keeta Vaccaro. Since then, she has used her maiden name on the handle. Now, following the divorce finalization, she has also removed “Hill” from her Instagram profile name as well, completing the public break from Tyreek Hill. She now just goes by “Keeta.”

Recent court filings revealed that Keeta Vaccaro alleged eight incidents of domestic violence by Hill during their 17-month marriage, beginning in January 2024. According to documents obtained by TMZ, Vaccaro described Hill’s behavior as “extreme, outrageous, beyond all bounds of decency, and is regarded as atrocious and utterly intolerable in a civilized community.”

Hill’s legal team denied these claims, as per TMZ. “We believe these allegations are nothing more than an attempt by Ms. Vaccaro, her mother and/or her counsel to shake Mr. Hill down.” These allegations were part of the highly publicized divorce proceedings, which have now been finalized. But as their personal ties unraveled, the financial fallout quickly followed, and it was costly.

Costly divorce settlement of Tyreek Hill

Tyreek Hill has been ordered to pay Keeta a minimum of $20,000 monthly. The amounts vary up to $50,000 to maintain the lifestyle they had during the marriage. On top of that, he made a one-time payment of $500,000. The court documents described it as unconditional. These financial arrangements aren’t just about cash flow. They’re about preserving the “status quo” Keeta enjoyed.

The court also ordered Hill to cover over $457,000 in legal fees. And also to provide $100,000 toward Keeta’s purchase of another vehicle after the judge ruled she could no longer keep their Bentley SUV. Despite the breakup, Hill remains responsible for the mortgage and upkeep of their $5.5 million waterfront condo, which Keeta has exclusive use of.

Tensions surfaced when Hill canceled Keeta’s debit card, accusing her of misusing it for personal loans and family transfers. The court decided against giving her renewed direct access to his accounts, showing the mistrust still lingering. The couple shares custody of their 8-month-old daughter, which adds more pressure. And Hill is also obliged to provide health insurance for both Capri and Keeta.

This divorce is one of the most expensive and scrutinized in recent NFL history, with each financial and personal move under a microscope. As Keeta cuts ties publicly, the financial obligations binding Hill illustrate the heavy cost of their fractured relationship.
