Read it again- the first woman ever. Autumn Lockwood’s achievement is indeed the one of most unforgettable moments of the Iggles’ victory. She remained resilient in her journey to becoming an NFL coach. Through hard work and dedication, she not only excelled in her role but also played a part in helping the team secure its second Super Bowl victory in six years.

However, having a women coach in the NFL team is not a new thing anymore. It has become a trend. Jennifer Welter was the first woman to be appointed by the Cardinals in 2015. In the 2024 season, a record 15 women were coaching full-time, the most in any male sports league in the world.

As Lockwoods basks in the glory, the Super Bowl LIX MVP, Jalen Hurts, also sent a strong message to all the opponents for the 2025 season.

Jalen Hurts ready for another Super Bowl

You’ve probably seen the meme that went viral on Super Bowl parade day, showing Jalen Hurts with the same expression—whether in disappointment, loss, victory, or injury—except for when he’s happy on 4th and 1! Hilarious, right?

But you know what’s even more exciting and worth knowing? His speech at the Super Bowl parade. Jalen Hurts kicked off his speech by saying, “You know, I told myself when I got drafted that I wouldn’t come to the Rocky steps until I won a championship.” Dope! The crowd erupted in cheers and applause.

The Eagles QB further added, “And I know this year, this team has had to battle through so much, this team has had to fight, this team has had to persevere and there’s been a ton of scrutiny, tons of opinions, a ton of all of that. But I know about this city, one thing we do is fight. We fight.” They indeed reflected this in their SB victory.

And his key to success? He explained, “And you go through the course of these things and you learn that success isn’t built off of approval. It’s built off of endurance, it’s built off of strength.” Jalen didn’t flinch to say, sending a warning to the 31 franchises, You can’t quit. You can’t lose if you don’t quit. And in Philly, we don’t quit. So thank you. The next pursuit begins. Go Birds.” Hurts and his team delivered well.

Now it’s time to relax before another banging season.
