During the game itself, Daboll’s team had some concerns looking at Jaxson Dart after a hit. While there were speculations as to what the injury was, Daboll did give an update on the injury by confirming the assessment.

”He went in and got looked at and he ended up being evaluated for a concussion,” Daboll told the reporters.
Dart was hit hard during a designed run in the second half when his head hit the ground after a fumble. The game saw him complete 19 of 29 passes for 242 yards and rush for two touchdowns before exiting. The team replaced him with Russell Wilson at the start of the final quarter while Dart moved to the locker room for evaluation.

After the loss, chances of Daboll being fired by the New York Giants are looking real amid the mounting pressure as they carry on with a 2-8 record. Many supporters called out his play-calling and decision-making, even posting “Replace Daboll NOW!!” on social media. With the team already struggling in recent seasons and no public statement from the club yet, what happens next is anybody’s guess.
Insider reports why Brian Daboll wasn’t fired “off the plane” following their loss in Denver
The New York Giants’ Week 7 defeat to the Denver Broncos was quite astonishing. They blew a large lead (entered the fourth quarter up 19-0) and ended up losing 33-32 after a string of mistakes. In the wake of this defeat, reports emerged that head coach Brian Daboll was going to be fired right after the game. Radio host Shaun Morash explained the reason behind this.

“I’ve now gotten this from multiple people I trust…The Giants were firing Brian Daboll off the plane after the collapse in Denver. He was fired. Ownership got together, cooler heads prevailed, and they decided not to fire Brian Daboll off the plane in Denver,” he said.

Since that heartbreaking collapse in Denver, the Giants have spiraled further, dropping three straight games. Once seen as a coach capable of reigniting the franchise, Daboll now faces mounting scrutiny from ownership and fans alike. As they prepare to take on the Green Bay Packers next, the stakes could not be higher. Not just for the Giants’ season, but perhaps for Daboll’s tenure in New York itself.
