But whether the game will be one for the ballads is for Sunday to tell. But right now it’s Travis Kelce, who continues to be omnipresent in the headlines.

Ahead of the match, the HC Andy Reid and a few other players from the Chiefs team were a part of a press conference. During the interview, Super Bowl Champion, Travis Kelce called WR Rashee Rice could be the Chief’s greatest weapon, which has evidently caught the attention of the press.

During the recent press conference of the Chiefs ahead of their clash against the Packers, Kelce was asked about his feelings towards WR Rashee Rice. Addressing Rashee Rice’s potential, Travis Kelce remarked, “He could be the number one on this team and in the league.” Kelce was also full of praise for Rice’s comprehensive skill set, something he believes will help the Chiefs climb summits successfully. Kelce also stressed that Rashee Rice’s role was getting more important every day, implying that the pressure is just beginning to mount.

He acknowledged his ability to excel both inside and outside positions, his strength with the ball, and his knack for making plays once the ball is in his hands. Kelce underscored Rice’s growing significance in the team, stating, “The role is getting bigger and bigger every single week.” When discussing Rice’s synergy with quarterback Patrick Mahomes, Kelce advised, “Just keep growing.”

He elaborated on the importance of being ‘Patrick-friendly,’ emphasizing Mahomes’ role as a leader who guides his teammates on the field. Kelce encouraged Rice to absorb everything, not just from Mahomes, but also from Coach Andy Reid. He concluded by expressing his belief in Rice’s continued progress and increasing responsibilities within the Chiefs’ offensive lineup. Due to Rice’s performance getting better every day, the HC also couldn’t stop but acknowledge the player.

Emerging as a key player in the Chiefs’ offense, rookie wide receiver Rashee Rice recently shined in his game against the Las Vegas Raiders. Chiefs coach Andy Reid acknowledged Rice’s rapid development. He said, “He’s been getting better every week.”

Rice’s performance included 10 targets, eight receptions, and a notable 107 yards, highlighted by a 39-yard touchdown. This marked a significant milestone in his first season, demonstrating his ability to thrive in Reid’s intricate system. Over seven games, Rice consistently caught at least four passes in six of them, scoring touchdowns in two of the last three.
