Jason Smith: “Bill Belichick has lost his fastball. He’s not the same coach he was. I don’t think from a couple years ago he’s got even one player left from the draft. It’s been awful. This roster is bereft of talent. They don’t win games. He makes really odd decisions. Not having an offensive coordinator, having a former DC be your OC. The questionable decisions that he makes in-game now cannot be covered up by a Tom Brady drive down the field in the end to throw a touchdown pass. It’s awful. He’s a bad head coach.”

However, in the 2023 season, the Belichick and the Patriots lodged one of their worst seasons in the NFL books. And the eight-time Super Bowl champion, Belichicwk failed to revive the Patriots throughout the season.
