But luck seemingly isn’t in favor of Miami, as besides the snowy thriller posing challenges for the Phins, their star player, Hill, is also dealing with multiple personal struggles. However, standing beside him, Tagovailoa praised his resilient friend during tough times.

Tua Tagovailoa fetes Hill’s professionalism!

The Phins QB Tua Tagovailoa appeared in a press conference on Wednesday after practice, ahead of his upcoming wildcard matchup against KC. A curious reporter asked the quarterback about Tyreek Hill’s professionalism and work in everyday practice, especially when dealing with some personal struggles, including his injuries. Tagovailoa said, “I think he’s such a very mentally tough individual.”

Tagovailoa continued, “From what had happened throughout, what he’s been going through with injuries and then also with the fire that happened at his house, he hadn’t made mention of it much to any of his teammates.” The quarterback further expressed that the team will still “show their support for him.” Praising Hill’s perceptiveness in life, Tagovailoa said, “It’s not about me and how he copes with it. It’s definitely different. He’s mentally strong with how he goes about doing his business.
