One of the veteran cornerbacks of the league, Vontae Davis has mysteriously passed away. This has left the football world mourning and confused because the reason behind his tragic death remains unknown and the police have yet to confirm the autopsy results. He was drafted by the Miami Dolphins back in 2009 and played 10 seasons in the league before retiring unexpectedly.

Police in Fort Lauderdale said that they responded to a medical emergency only to find the man deceased at his Southwest Ranches, Florida property.
