The Ravens failed to win the AFC Championship against the Chiefs! And Lamar Jackson truly felt that it was more complex than ever after their dominant season this year. Following numerous injuries, he finally etched his name as the comeback player of the season. But at last, fate did not seem in their favor as the Ravens lost in the blink of an eye against the Chiefs with a close 10-17 scoreline, causing further disappointment for the Ravens’ QB.

The evidence of the same was visible in the post-game press conference when Lamar Jackson answered some questions. Undoubtedly, the Chiefs had a powerful defense today, making it hard for the Ravens to stand firm. Moreover, Harris Butker’s 52-yard drive goal gave the Chiefs the halftime lead, further intensifying the situation. The Ravens QB reflected on this disheartening defeat with an emotional yet strong objective for the next season.

In a recent post-game conference, Lamar Jackson shed light on feeling disheartened after the crucial loss. Yet, the young QB appeared to be determined concerning the next season as he recovered from his teary moments on the field. Jackson said, “ I am not frustrated; I am angry about it.” He added, “We’re going to build this offseason, get build, grind, and try to be in this position again, but on the other side of victory.”

The emotion of Lamar Jackson was clear as he expressed the disappointing defeat and the underwhelming gameplay. In fact, Jackson, himself was not in his complete form today compared to how he was the entire season. Previously, the star quarterback had an incredible record for 26 TDS with a completion rate of 72.7% in the playoff game. Moreover, his running prowess remained the talk of the town the entire season. Today’s game was a subpar display of his prowess.

He struggled to throw the ball accurately, completing only 20 out of 37 pass attempts, and even threw an interception at a crucial moment. With just six minutes left on the clock, he threw into triple coverage towards the end zone. Thus, toward the end as the Chiefs celebrated this eminent win over one of the dominant teams in the league, Lamar Jackson was seen full of emotions and tears. However, the Ravens’ wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. was by the side of the QB all this time.

Mine starts from the comfort of my home; sitting beside my dad, on a cozy couch, with a hot cup of tea. Well, that is all that was serene about that scene! The next thing I know, I am screaming and shouting and cheering for the players on the field.
