The fact that New England is hosting this game gives them a clear edge. On the other side, quarterback Aaron Rodgers is recognized for performing well under pressure. Anything may happen in the game, and both teams really need to win right now. After consecutive losses, both teams are crushed and will give their best in this game. New England, in particular, requires a fresh strategy to recover from where they are.

Patriots will be seeking to improve their defense during week 8.

So far this season, the Patriots have not been up to the mark. The team has one win and six defeats, which is really disappointing. While many people blamed the team’s lack of offense, it appears that the lack is there in the defense too. Since quarterback Drake Maye took to the field, he has been on fire, the team’s defense has been visibly lacking.

Jerod Mayo has taken a lot of blame for all of these problems. Fans are even claiming that if this continues, the new coach will be fired from the squad. Right now, there is a lot of pressure on the head coach, as well as the team.

They all want to show themselves and to be honest, the Jets are the best team to do it against. Aaron Rodgers and company haven’t been in great form in recent weeks, which is why New England has a chance to win the game in week 8.
