This season might just be a career-defining year for JJ McCarthy. Even though the Vikings had the chance to go down a veteran route, they doubled down on their commitment to McCarthy. The former Michigan standout who left college with a 27-1 record, whom they selected 10th overall, remains their utmost priority even after what happened last season. So, considering the copious amount of pressure McCarthy might be going through right now. He received the best possible news at a time when his family was always going to play a larger role. And to celebrate that positive news, his former Michigan coach, Jim Harbaugh’s daughter, Grace, also chimed in.
JJ McCarthy is probably on cloud nine right now. He and his fiancée Katya Kuropas are soon going to embrace a new chapter in their life. It was just last year when McCarthy proposed to Kuropas after dating for five long years. For the couple, it was like a childhood dream come true as the two exchanged engagement rings to commit to each other for life. Now, more good news has followed them almost a year later.
On Wednesday, McCarthy and Kuropas, in a joint post, revealed they are soon going to be mom and dad. They even shared their first baby’s gender and birth month, so that we also remain in the loop. “The best surprises come when you least expect them. Our sweet baby boy is arriving in September, and we couldn’t be happier🩵🍼,” the couple wrote in their caption. So, September is going to be one hell of a month for McCarthy. He wouldn’t just become a dad for the first time. September would also be the time when the new NFL season kicks off.

Their last post was a video turned into a GIF, where McCarthy brought out a sonogram report of their baby boy. That brings us to Jim Harbaugh’s daughter, Grace. She probably couldn’t help but express her warmest of reactions to McCarthy’s announcement.
