Curious to witness fitness torture in action? Look no further than Kayla Nicole‘s gym session, from a few days ago. On her Instagram stories, the fitness enthusiast was in the middle of her workout routine. Travis Kelce’s ex was seen doing a core exercise, sweatin’ it out! Donning a sleek blue gym fit, she faces ‘torture’ or ‘grind’- some bodybuilders might prefer terming it. As her trainer shouts, “Keep holding!” the caption humorously declares, “[Kayla] was not happy. SMH!”

Nicole is all about strength training in her workouts.

In one of her videos, she’s seen doing squats with a resistance band, giving her muscles a full-on fire workout. She’s also got some standing and lying leg lift routines—perfect for toning the core, fixing up the posture, and saying goodbye to lower back pain.

But Kayla Nicole ain’t just your average influencer, mind you. She’s weary of the critics out there but knows how to balance her interactions. “I’m unproblematic. Mind my business. Never respond to the constant vitriol,” she tweeted in April and clarified with all those who’ve kept nudging her. However, she doesn’t hold back when it comes to fitness and well-being.

At 32, she’s made a name with Tribe Therepē, an IG handle that helps redefine fitness from the inside out. Originally branded in 2020 as Strong Is Sexy (SIS), the company now empowers exercise and body positivity.

“I kick-start every workout with affirmations,” Nicole explains vividly. “It’s about setting intentions and reminding myself that I control my narrative.” Moving from a health freak to an Alo Moves ambassador, the 32-year-old blends fitness tips with motivation, educating her followers round-the-clock.

Kayla Nicole’s story isn’t just about lifting weights; it’s about lifting spirits, too!

She’s all about the ‘talk nice to yourself’ vibe because, let’s face it, the most important chat you have is with yourself. With her fitness mojo, she shows that every sweaty workout is a step towards figuring yourself out. But that’s enough about Kayla’s fitness magic, let’s shift our gears to see what her ex, Kelce is up to with his off-season training.

Off-season grind: Travis Kelce’s intense training regimen in LA

Chiefs’ star tight end Travis Kelce isn’t leaving the gas pedal despite a Super Bowl win. Recently, a video surfaced showcasing Kelce putting in serious work with his LA-based trainer, Laurence Ng. The video captures Kelce crushing resistance and balance exercises, sprinting up a parking garage (because hey, gotta get creative in LA!), and absolutely pounding the treadmill.

This intense off-season training is nothing new for Kelce, who’s known for his dedication to staying in peak physical condition (Year 12!, as Ng captioned the 2019 video, hinting at Kelce’s veteran status). Football’s tough on Kelce—three Super Bowl rings in eleven seasons take its toll. He’s candid about the pains and surgeries, revealing he’s undergone 10 surgeries throughout his career. “The pain from the injuries lingers,” Kansas City TE Kelce stated, “every single surgery to this day.”

Yet, despite it all, the Florida trainer, Andrew Spruill, insists: “He’s as healthy as you can be for an NFL player for his career. Kelce is in top form!” While Kelce currently juggles between his high-profile romance with singer Taylor Swift and his on-the-field capabilities, he’s laser-focused on another Chiefs Championship. Now that’s dedication, folks!
