Kayla, who was in an on-and-off relationship with Chiefs Travis Kelce for 5 years before they broke up in 2022, remains in headlines for sharing health and wellness content on social media. And, with her intense gym routine, she often captures attention. She recently expressed her frustration over her gym’s horrible encounter.

“Blowing your blueberry eggs and ham vape smoke in my face in the gym while trying to ask if I’m done with the Smith machine will get you slapped,” the sports journalist wrote in her IG story caption.  “The f— is wrong with y’all?” Nicole, 33, further asserted with her fury. Well, it was really a frustrating incident for her. But, it seems that she knows well how to keep herself motivated in every situation. And her latest update is a testament to this. After sending the strong warning to gym-mates, she shed light on her most inspiring social media moments.

Taking to her official IG handle, the social media influencer shared her beautiful, vulnerable moments that she had on Instagram. And her catchy post caption explained her genuine intention this time. “The gram”!?!! Ok Boomer,” the fitness enthusiast mentioned while adding a teary-eyed emoji in her IG post caption.

Her latest post featured her while she was sitting in a car. In the latest update, she revealed her spectacular online moments while acknowledging that she just finished filming an episode at the pre-game. “I’m sitting here scrolling through the gram. And, I just had this aha moment where I thought, like, Instagram can be such a beautiful, vulnerable, inspiring place if you’re following the right people,” the fashion influencer added.

Additionally, she also emphasized a personal effort to stop being a “f—— hater.” “But it’s so incredible to me to start following people and follow them for, you know, years on end and watch their lives fully, like, transform and evolve,” she added further.

Besides this, the fitness brand owner also demonstrated her inspirational feeling while seeing that the “girls are happy” in their lives. “And to go from, like, single girls to dating girls to interrelationships and marriage to babies to motherhood. Like, I think most people would be like, oh my god, like, eh, I’m jealous. But really, for me, it’s just inspiring,” Nicole explained.

She continued adding, “Because it’s like, if this can happen for you, this, too, can happen for me. And I just, it brings me so much joy to see the girl is happy out here. Kayla Nicole is really fed up with being called “Travis Kelce’s Ex.” Kayla, who launched her own podcast, the Pre-Game with Dear Media, back in April 2025, sent a clear warning message to one of her critics, saying she needs to ‘get over’ her previous relationship with Chiefs TE Kelce.

During her latest Second Wind podcast appearance, Kayla expressed her frustration at constantly being referred to in relation to her ex with a brief response, “You too.” “People will always say, ‘Get over it,’ which is so interesting,” Kayla stated.  “And to them I’d say, ‘You too’,” she added further.

 “Life handed me lemons and I made a lemon martini out of it and that upsets people,” she asserted. At this moment, she also disclosed that she would not hesitate to discuss her own experiences because her story makes critics uneasy. She went on to say, “My authenticity, my transparency, my story—sharing my story that really is my superpower.”

Additionally, Kayla clarified that she is not accountable for the way that the media still links her to Travis. She asked the producers not to bring up Travis when she made her reality TV debut on Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test earlier this year, but they ignored her request.

During her candid chat with the Second Wind podcast, Kayla also advised her supporters not to believe everything they read. “You sit down and you do an hour-long interview with someone, and the headline is maybe a one-sentence that you said of, ‘Yeah, I was heartbroken and devastated because I went through a breakup,’ and that’s the headline,” she explained. Thus, Kayla Nicole is building her own story and identity, as she stands for her own mental health and self-growth.
