Lamar Jackson praised Odell’s leadership

However, the reporters asked pretty interesting questions about him. The first one was about his leadership and what it means to the players. To this, Jackson replied, “He pretty much just lead by example.” He further added, “He cool with the guys you know, he don’t just try to like charge us up and stuff like that, try to get in our face to pump us up.”

Later, he described Beckham in just a few words. He said, “He pretty much just lead by example, go out there work hard, be Odell and that’s all.” Now, all eyes are on Odell. Harbaugh appreciated the long way Odell has come

Not very long ago, the coach of the Ravens, John Harbaugh, was asked about Odell. According to NFL Network’s Bridget Condon, Harbaugh praised Odell. Harbaugh said, “He’s a heck of a football player.”
