Martavis Bryant, the former Wide Receiver of the Steelers and Raiders, has not played in an NFL game since 2018. It seems now he is looking to make his return to the field. It is being reported that the NFL Commissioner Rodger Goodell has reinstated the Veteran WR. It remains to be seen which team goes after his signature. However, there has been no official confirmation yet.
As we know, the commissioner had suspended the WR from the NFL on account of violating the league’s substance abuse policy. What is the reason for his reinstatement after a lengthy suspense?

The 31-year-old hasn’t enjoyed as much in the NFL due to his mistake of breaking the NFL violation substance abuse policy. Following the same, it cost him an indefinite suspension. But the door is now open as Bryant is set to return and make a big comeback. The update about his return to the NFL was posted by Tom Pelissero. He also added that the WR’s name has been quite common amongst many clubs.
Back in his day, Bryant was undoubtedly one of the best WR and he proved himself enough during his time with the NFL. After the 2014 NFL draft, Bryant played for the Pittsburgh Steelers from 2014 to 2017, and for the Oakland Raiders in 2018. He has made an amazing game record over these years, which could be the only reason for his reinstatement.

He recorded 145 catches for 2,183 yards and 17 touchdowns in 44 games over his four NFL seasons. What’s more, he most recently played with XFL’s Vegas Vipers this season, recording 14 catching passes for 154 yards.
Veteran WR Martavis Bryant, who last played in the NFL in 2018, has been reinstated by Commissioner Roger Goodell and is drawing interest from teams, per his agent James Peterson.

Nevertheless, Bryant broke into the NFL scene as a deep threat. While averaged 21.1 yards per reception and caught eight touchdowns in just 10 games during his rookie year. He followed that up with his career-high 50 receptions for 765 yards in 11 games in 2015. Now the question is which team will trade Bryant after his reinstatement?
Who will trade Bryant amidst the trade deadline?

As per the source, Bryant is already drawing the interest of the teams however, it is unclear which are those teams. But the assumptions are that three teams will pursue the veteran WR. The first one on the list is the former team Bryant started his NFL career with after the 2014 draft. It would be an advantage for both to restart with the same team, as there will be familiarity.

The other one would be interesting, as the Detroit Lions look fine when it’s about passing games. However, adding Bryant would be a significant move that could support the depth at the receiver position. Lastly, it comes to The Kansas City Chiefs as the quarterback Patrick Mahomes hasn’t had a No. 1 receiver since Tyreek Hill.
