Kelly Stafford, the wife of Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford has had a challenging last few weeks. In November, while on a vacation in Orlando, she contracted a 24-hour stomach bug from one of her children. In the past she has dealt with more serious health conditions, having undergone surgery to remove a benign brain tumor. However, her recent social media update brought up her struggle with a less serious yet challenging ordeal.
Taking to her official Instagram account, Kelly shared that she was dealing with back pain which left her restless. “Hit the epitome of what I think is like ultra mom status, not saying that it’s good. But I am currently sitting in my car with horrible back pain,” Kelly, an ex-registered nurse, asserted on her IG stories.
Not only this, but Kelly also explained how she ended up completely frustrated while trying to get some relief from the situation. “And I did not have anything to support it. So I had a thing of wipes of baby wipes, and put that in the crease of my back to try and just give it a little bit to support. Well, then it dripped down all the way into my pants. So now I look like I p****d myself,” before adding, “So yeah it’s a great start to a week. But, I honestly think I have hit it. It has hit the ultra-mom status.”

Well, it looks like Kelly is putting up a fight to combat her back issues having suffered from a stomach bug almost two weeks ago. The vacation with her family, while her husband prepared for the Week 12 game, was soured after she caught a stomach bug. Uploading a photo on Instagram of herself resting in bed, she wrote, “When you’re on an amazing vacation with your whole fam and your kid passes the 24 bug to you.”
Recently, she was in the news when she voiced her displeasure at the events during the college football rivalry week. The game between Michigan and OSU saw a brawl erupt after the game, while during the clash between Notre Dame and USC, Rylie Mills blatantly punched USC’s offensive lineman Emmanuel Pregnon but got away with it.

Taking to her Instagram stories she wrote, “Watching college football rivalry week wondering where sportsmanship and class went. This is somewhat comical and also just annoying. Punching guys with helmets on how’s that hand feel? We all need Jesus.” She didn’t stop there and on her The Morning After podcast, she came down hard on college football’s changing landscape.
“The problem is these guys are getting paid like they’re in the NFL, so their egos get big,” Stafford mentioned. Meanwhile, coming back to Kelly’s health, in the past the mother of four daughters revealed her struggles with her body image postpartum.
