This Week 8 game against the Las Vegas Raiders brought a historic moment for the Chiefs quarterback, Patrick Mahomes. Hence, to celebrate the same, his momma, Randi Mahomes, shared a two-word message for her first son. She recently shared an Instagram story, which was originally posted by the Chiefs’ official Instagram page.

The story contains Patrick Mahomes’ large image, with the mention of his historic milestone after the Raiders’ game. “30K!” The 29-year-old star achieved another milestone this time, by “passing for 30,000 yards.” Now, you must be thinking what’s so special about this, because it was bound to happen someday. Yes, it was! But here’s the catch.

Patrick Mahomes became the fastest player in NFL history to do so. He did this in his 103 career games. Hence, it was obvious for momma Mahomes to write a two-word message for her son – “Congrats Son,” while sharing the story and tagging the QB as well. This is indeed a big milestone that Mahomes has recently achieved. Following him, Matthew Stafford is second to hit that passing yards mark in his 109th game.

The Chiefs won against the Raiders with 27-20, and with this Patrick Mahomes let the game do the talking for him after the losing team trash talked about him ahead of the matchup.

Patrick Mahomes responded to Kermit the Frog memes!

Now you all must be aware of the Kermit the Frog puppet, a muppet character created in 1955. But in the NFL, it seems to be getting popular in Patrick Mahomes’ era. Earlier, Mahomes’ teammate and best friend, Travis Kelce, mocked the QB about his voice. But that’s a different thing altogether, right? However, the Raiders mocking Mahomes with Kermit the Frog puppet is definitely a matter to discuss.

So, what happened was, in July, the Las Vegas team started mocking the quarterback for his arguably froggish voice. One of the Raiders’ fans brought the Kermit the Frog puppet into the team’s training camp. This puppet was wearing a Chiefs’ jersey and had a curly wig that looked similar to that of Mahomes.

But what came out worst was that upon noticing the puppet, rookie defensive back Trey Taylor took it from the fan, and began performing as an amateur ventriloquist. He even voiced over saying, “I’m a b–tch.” This made his teammates laugh, and guess what? The viral video was also seen by Patrick Mahomes himself. Hence, when the curious reporters asked the Chiefs QB about his take on this, Mahomes said,Stuff like that happens. It’ll get handled when it gets handled.”
