It seems Aaron Rodgers’ tension isn’t going to subside anytime soon. After the season-ending injury, Rodgers’ 2024 kickoff seems troublesome for taking a swipe at Jimmy Kimmel. The comedian is cranked to the notch and has threatened to sue the four-time MVP.

Aaron Rodgers is currently on the roster list of his New York Jets team. However, he isn’t playing his team’s last game due to his recovery process. Therefore, besides spending time on the field in the practice, A-Rod frequently appears on the Pat McAfee Show, to talk about what’s happening in the league and the world. But this time, the quarterback’s remarks might put him in legal trouble for linking Jimmy Kimmel’s name with the late Jeffrey Epstein’s soon-to-be-released list of associates.

To which, A-Rod replied, “A lot of people, including Jimmy Kimmel, are really hoping that doesn’t come out. I’ll tell you what, if that list comes out, I definitely will be popping some sort of bottle.” This erupted in a controversy between Kimmel and Rodgers, and the comedian is now planning to knock courtroom door.

In March 2023, Kimmel mocked Rodgers for discussing the “Epstein list and UFOs” during a previous appearance on the “Pat McAfee Show.” Back then, the comedian referred to him as a “tin-foil hatter.”

Reportedly, a sealed list of 150 named associates is set to be released soon in late Epstein’s case following a court order from a federal judge in December. This reportedly includes high-profile names like England’s Prince Andrew, former CEO of Microsoft Bill Gates, and Donald Trump. Jeffrey Epstein was an accused s*x t*afficker who hanged himself inside a jail cell in 2019.
