Interestingly, Terry Bradshaw made a weird mistake during the halftime highlights, that was overseen by many, but one curious fan took to Twitter and tagged FOX and NFL as Bradshaw got the hopes high for the Jets fans who were watching the game behind their screens

Jalen Hurts’ squad is indeed feeling the blues!

The Jets ended the first half of the New York Derby, 7-3. Wilson has been a pivotal figure in the recent change of fortunes for the Jets. His performance against the Eagles was crucial in helping the New York team make amends. In that game, he had completed 19 passes for 186 yards. Not outstanding by any stretch of the imagination but his crucial moves came in the late stages even as Jalen Hurts made just that one costly mistake of the night for the Eagles!

The Jets will now be hoping for a good second half and in the process, extend their winning streak to three. Today’s effort by the Jets comes on a day when Aaron Rodgers went one step further in his recovery from a torn Achilles. Last week, the four-time MVP was seen entering the Metlife Stadium without crutches and then throwing some passes. This week, he was seen dropping back before throwing passes – a clear sign he is eager to make a comeback this season should the Jets get closer to playoffs.

Terry  Bradshaw got his halftime highlights wrong about Aaron Rodgers

During halftime highlights, former NFL player-turned-sports analyst, Terry Bradshaw got fans’ hopes high, but only for a while. Bradshaw stated that “Rodgers is playing”. One NFL fan was quick to spot the error and took to Twitter, and posted: “Terry Bradshaw just said Aaron Rodgers and the Jets, in New York, during the halftime highlights. Somebody tell him Wilson is playing. Not Rodgers.”

It may be recalled that while the recovery has been miraculous, Rodgers suffered a scary injury in his very first drive for the Jets on the opening night. That hampered the Jets, not in that game, but in the subsequent games. However, from 1-3, the Jets have managed to resurrect their season and remain in contention. The Giants, on the other hand, remain the only team to not score an offensive touchdown this season, a dubious record that’s also symbolic of the way the season has gone for them.
