NFL Rumors: Patriots to Target Browns’ Joe Flacco During Free Agency

Quarterback Joe Flacco has demonstrated that he can still come in handy in tough situations. Hence, the veteran QB is being reported to be on the radar of the New England Patriots. His one-year deal with the Cleveland Browns is soon to expire and the Patriots with a new HC are all set to scoop him up!
Flacco was signed by the Browns as a free agent in 2023 for a year. However, the 39-year-old proved his worth in that single year! Now, becoming the target of one of the most successful franchises in NFL history.

The 25-year-old Mac Jones hasn’t been as up to the mark as the Patriots expected him to be. And the newly appointed head coach Jerod Mayo is looking to bring in some more competition for the coveted starter role, as per reports.

However, Flacco is still signed with the Browns and the Patriots cannot contact the 39-year-old before the free agency kicks off on Wednesday, March 13.
