“Nothing to Say”: AJ Brown Avoids Questions After Eagles Squander Chances to Secure NFC East Championship

The Philadelphia Eagles lost again and this time to an unassuming team, the Arizona Cardinals. As QB Kyler Murray put on a show in the Eagles’ backyard. The Philly team has lost control of the NFC East division.

After breaking their 3-game losing streak last week against the New York Giants, the Eagles were expected to taste the victory again this week. But paper strength and gridiron performance are not the same. With the Eagles faltering, the Dallas Cowboys have sneaked by to lead their division. And WR, AJ Brown, is stunned into silence.

When the third quarter started, the Eagles were firmly in control of the game against the Cardinals. The Eagles led by 21-6 and for the first time in a long time; they were solid on both sides of the ball. But in the third and fourth, they leaked points, eventually losing by 31-35.

When the horror show ended for the Eagles, media members wanted to get AJ Brown’s reactions to the game. But the 26-year-old could only smile awkwardly, refusing to be talked to. “There’s nothing to say”, Brown responded finally as he left the locker room.

Their last win in five games was against the Giants in Week 16. Fortunately, the Eagles will face their divisional foes, the Giants, once again for the last game of the regular season. With both the Eagles and the Cowboys at 11-5, the race for divisional bragging is up for grabs.

The Cowboys will face the Commanders next week and if both teams win, they will have tied at 12-5. And their series this season is also tied with both teams winning a piece. In this case, the record against the divisional rivals will be the basis for the top position.
