Since Wilson was dropped by the Broncos, he still has $39 million in back payments that the Broncos will pay this year. Any salary that Wilson commands from his next franchise will be offset from the Broncos’ account. As per reports, Wilson is looking for the bare minimum!

With the likes of Pittsburgh Steelers and the New York Giants in the hunt for the 9X Pro Bowler’s signature. Wilson is guaranteed money from the Broncos and is looking for a winning infrastructure at his new team.

According to reports, Wilson requires $1,377,500 which includes the minimum salary and the veteran salary benefit as per the rules of CBA (Collective Bargaining Agreement). And even though, the Steelers look in a prime position to land the QB. Wilson is not short on options!

Since his salary demands are so low, many of the franchises are looking to scoop up Wilson. Along with the Steelers and the Giants, the Las Vegas Raiders are also in the hunt. Wilson will easily fit into the starting quarterback role at any of the franchises!
