The game was historical in the sense that Royal qualified for playoffs for the first time since 2015. Both teams battled all night but lost 1-3 in the American League Division Series at Kauffman Stadium. Their courage showed during the game, but eventually, they lost, leaving fans disappointed. The game was exciting and got physical at one point.

After the Royals won game 2, Yankees’ third baseman Jazz Chisholm Jr. said that they got lucky. His comments irked Royals infielder Maikel Garcia. When Garcia was tagged out by Yankees’ shortstop Anthony Volpe, Chisholm said something to him. Both players grabbed each other and started fighting. The fellow players could separate them.

While talking to reporters after the MNF game win against the Saints, Patrick Mahomes talked about his bye week plans and said, “I’ll be spending most of my time running around with the kids. It won’t be a lot of relaxation, but I’m looking forward to it.” A legend himself, the Grim Reaper is always game-ready. And is leading his team majestically in the season.

They did have a few close calls in their win against the Bengals, but the Chiefs overall have dominated their rivals. They have to revise their strategies a few times as key players Rashee Rice, Isiah Pacheco, and Marquise Brown are injured. But one thing is clear. It wouldn’t be easy to defeat them.
