The Chiefs’ quarterback, Patrick Mahomes, is the foundation of the team’s offense and shares a great bond outside the field with the Bills’ quarterback, Josh Allen. Mahomes and Allen are friends outside the gridiron

In 2022, Allen appeared in The Steam Room podcast, highlighting his relationship with Mahomes. Allen said: “I’ve spent a couple times around Patrick, but every time I’m around him, he’s just a great dude, he’s a great personality, he’s fun to be around. Obviously, all the respect that I have for him on the field. I think it’s a different vibe from what people think.

Mahomes highlighted his bond with Allen in the same year by saying, “He’s a great dude, too. And so obviously when we’re on the football field, we’re competing against each other, and we want to beat each other’s teams, but I have a ton of respect for him, the player and person he is.”

These QBs have managed to keep their gridiron aggression outside their off-the-field bond. Apart from football, both have had friendly golf matchups. However, despite all the on-field tussles, they nurtured a promising friendship. However, the QB friends will go against each other again in the gridiron.
