But the real factor that binds the duo together has just come to light. A paternity test recently confirmed that Aileen is the mother of Stefon’s baby girl. Who is Aileen Lopera?

Aileen Lopera, aka Lord Giselle on social media, is an influencer and model with over 313k Instagram followers. She also works as an ambassador for Fashion Nova, and her IG feed features stunning snaps of her modeling bold swimsuits and lingerie.

Meanwhile, Diggs isn’t the first big name she has dated. In 2020, the model shared a video of herself grabbing a meal with Rob Kardashian, as reported by People. On the motherhood front, she gave birth to her first daughter, Emoniee, long before welcoming her baby with Diggs.

Aileen Lopera and Stefon Diggs’ relationship 

Aileen and Stefon’s relationship first gained traction in early 2024 following their interactions on social media. Cut to December, Lopera filed a paternity suit against the New England star and gave birth to her daughter in April 2025. 

In July, Diggs officially responded, demanding‌ a genetic test to confirm his paternity. The reason was simple: the NFL player was “not certain” about his new child, Charlie. Moreover, he requested shared legal and physical custody of the baby girl and a fair split of the pregnancy and birth-related costs upon genetic confirmation. 

Recently, the test proved that Diggs is indeed the father. Lopera’s attorney, Tamar Arminak, dropped an update via Page Six. 

“Now that the child’s paternity has been established and Mr. Diggs has acknowledged his daughter, my client hopes they can work toward being great parents to their child.”

Are Stefon Diggs and Cardi B still dating? 

Diggs and rapper Cardi B reportedly started dating in late 2024 following her breakup with Offset. According to Page Six, the couple has moved in together and is expecting their first child together. When Diggs was dealing with the paternity suit in July, the “Bodak Yellow” singer made a big motherhood announcement. 

“I’m having a baby with my boyfriend, Stefon Diggs,” she revealed during her CBS Mornings appearance.

This is Cardi’s fourth pregnancy as she’s already a mother of three — Kulture, Wave, and Blossom. As for Stefon, he fathers a 9-year-old daughter, Nova, whom he welcomed with ex Tyler-Marie in October 2016.

Lopera brought Charlie into the world earlier this year. The influencer shared the news with her followers with a pic of her holding a baby stroller. 

“Blessed and grateful for another year & for so many things 🙏🏼 but being a mother is the best gift and more than I could’ve ever asked for 🫶🏼 #blessed,” she wrote.

Over the next months, Aileen has adorned her profile with Charlie’s cute and hard-to-resist pictures. On October 2, she updated that her and Diggs’ daughter turned six months old. In the picture, Charlie is donning a pretty pink frock and a hat that says, “half.”
