Though they currently play in different teams, they used to play at LSU together and utterly dominated everyone that they played, to the point where they brought home the National Championship. However, nowadays, their bond isn’t as close as it used to be. Maybe the ex-LSU receivers have a lot on their plate because apparently, JJ and Chase don’t take as much.
Ja’Marr Chase went to the Rich Eisen Show and talked about various things. He even mentioned how Joe Burrow jokingly thought of jumping off a plane following his wrist surgery. The conversation smoothly shifted from Chase talking about ‘rolling with Joe Burrow’ to his friendship with Justin Jefferson. Apparently, the Vikings receiver doesn’t have a lot of time on his hands these days. Eisen asked Chase what he will be doing after his contract expires with the Bengals post this season, and if he has spoken to his friend and the Vikings WR about this. The answer to this question left Rich Eisen flabbergasted.

“Nah man, he’s actually pretty hard to get in touch with,” said the Bengals WR as he left Rich Eisen fiending for answers. “What! What?” replied Eisen, seeking clarification. “Justin is not returning calls?” asked a confused Eisen as Chase said, “Hey Justin if you see this man give me a call bruh, please brother”. Apparently, Eisen thought that this was a piece of breaking news and a major takeaway from their conversation.
Initially, the conversation started because this might be Chase’s last season with the Bengals, and given his performance, he might have other better options to choose from in the future. This was Eisen’s main interest and he diverted it to how the Bengals WR should consult JJ, who still has one more season to go with the Vikings.
