For the Mahomes clan, Thanksgiving came with even more reason to celebrate this time around. Why? Because Brittany and Patrick Mahomes’ son, Bronze, turned two! “Happy Second Birthday to our boy!!!” the soon-to-be mother of three wrote. “You are the most lovable, sweetest and funniest little guy all while bringing a whole new level of spunk!” While Bronze may have brought all the spunk on Thanksgiving, it was Brittany (and Patrick) who stole the show on Black Friday.
After a thrilling, last-second victory over the Panthers last weekend, the Chiefs were playing host to the Raiders this Friday. Now, Brittany Mahomes is no stranger to dressing up for the occasion, especially when it comes to wearing Kansas City merch. Remember her game day fit for when her husband took on the Falcons in Week 3? Sporting knee-high red boots, Brittany paired it with a bedazzled gray Chiefs t-shirt. And fans absolutely loved it. Fast forward to now, and fans can get their hands on merch designed by the KC Current co-owner!
Brittany brought excitement to Black Friday game day by revealing her custom merch collaboration with Amazon. Sharing the news on her Instagram story, the 29-year-old said, “Okay, so it’s officially game day, and I’m about to start getting ready. But I wanted to come on here and show you guys the custom merch I made with Amazon for today’s game that I’ll be wearing.” Showing off the custom black shirt she was wearing, Brittany added, “This is the shirt in black. It also comes in white, and it’s available in unisex sizing and women’s fit.”

The t-shirt featured the Chiefs logo as well as all four of their Super Bowl titles. She captioned the video, “It’s GAMEDAYYYY!!! So excited to show y’all the custom merch I made for today’s game that you can shop on @amazon!” This was quite another addition to her Game Day Essentials on Amazon. Interestingly, Patrick Mahomes’ wife wasn’t the only one to design merch for the games on Thanksgiving and Black Friday. Considering how big game-day fashion has gotten in the past few months, two other partners alongside Brittany revealed their own merch lines in collaboration with FOCO.
Olivia Culpo, the wife of 49ers’ Christian McCaffrey, designed a 49ers NFL Winning Play windbreaker jacket. Like Brittany Mahomes, Rachel Crosby (Raiders defensive end Maxx Crosby’s wife) designed a couple of tees, too, both of which were inspired by the Las Vegas team and in a black colorway. As Brittany promised in her video, she wore her custom shirt. But she didn’t just wear it; she styled it to perfection… while also flaunting her baby bump!
Pairing the black t-shirt with black leggings, the 29-year-old brought back her knee-high red boots. And to bring it all together, she wore a long, black coat and a red bow in her hair. While Sterling and Bronze didn’t sport their mother’s game-day merch as they visited Arrowhead Stadium, their father sure did. Captured while walking into the Kansas City stadium, Patrick Mahomes paired his black tee with black cargo pants and an oversized Prada bomber jacket. Sharing a picture on Instagram, Brittany wrote, “Yes, of course we had to match☺️♥️.”

My most favorite role and biggest blessings. 🥹🤍,” she wrote. Adding to the festive spirit, Brittany excitedly mentioned the family’s plans to welcome their third baby soon, making this holiday season even more special.

Mahomes broke a Chiefs record during the Thanksgiving showdown against the Raiders
Thanksgiving week brought more than turkey and pumpkin pie for Chiefs Kingdom—it was all about Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs hosting their division rivals, the Las Vegas Raiders, for a Black Friday showdown. The stakes were high as Mahomes prepared to add another chapter to his historic career while navigating some bumps in the road.
Mahomes, who is already the franchise leader in completions and passing yards, was just one touchdown away from surpassing Len Dawson’s 237 for the most in team history. But don’t think for a second that he was letting the spotlight distract him. “Records are great, but the focus is winning,” Mahomes said. And as the Chiefs won another close game (19-17), the quarterback passed Dawson’s record with a touchdown pass to Justin Watson in the second quarter, taking his tally to 238.

The Chiefs were, however, without kicker Spencer Shrader, who was sidelined with a hamstring injury. Andy Reid moved swiftly to bring back Matthew Wright, a familiar face in Kansas City, to fill the gap. “Wright knows the system, and we trust him to get the job done,” Reid said. In the game, Wright had 5 field goal attempts, making 4 of them, the longest being 42 yards.
Going into the game with a stellar 10-1 record and a defense ranked third in run-stopping, the Chiefs were favorites. And they delivered.
