Imagine watching a player advance to the NFL and join a reputable team. What are the expectations of him? At the very least, the expectation would be that he complete his homework. He would know everything about the team he is joining. Its history, the previous year’s stats, which other teams his squad competes against, and so on. However, it appears that Puka Nacua, even after playing for the Rams for two years now is unaware of these details.

Shocked? Well, many were. No one expected that WR didn’t know the Rams played in the NFC West. This revelation has become a big deal as the WR is a graduate. Lindsey Thiry reported this news from LA, stating, “From LA, @LindseyThiry reported that WR Puka Nacua only recently learned that the Rams played in the NFC West.”

While many fans have ignored this, considering it as a small mistake from the WR. Some fans have used this as an opportunity to taunt him. But that was not it, as one of the NFL legends has even begun to make fun of the man. The legend in question here is Emmanuel Acho, who commented on an IG post about Puka Nacua.

His comment read, “So when he was playing the Cardinals and Niners and Seahawks twice a year… What did he think that was for? Lol.” While this was just a casual comment from Acho, it appears that the supporters are not so easygoing. They’ve been roasting the WR all over the place.

Fans assume Puka Nacua is simply showing up to work

This is a bit of a controversial comment, but can you blame them? After all, it’s embarrassing not to know which division your team plays in. And no one expected this from Puka Nacua. This is why one fan even went to the extent and stating, “Bro fr just shows up and plays ball lmao.” 

While this was a huge comment, other fans felt almost the same. One fan even said that the man is playing for the squad in front of him and is solely concerned with his performance. The fans’ comment stated, “Bro just playing who’s in front of him.” 

However, this revelation about Puka Nacua piqued the curiosity among the fans. Some fans are unsure whether the WR was aware of the NFL dividing the teams into divisions or not. And if he knew about it, which division did he believe the Rams belonged to? The curious comment from one fan was, “What division did he think they played in?”

While some fans were heavily criticizing the wide receiver. It appears that others are unconcerned about him being unfamiliar with the Rams’ division. One fan stated that they don’t care as long as the WR does his job. The comment read, “Long as he catches them balls and makes TDs for the Rams I’m happy lol”

Well, 28 receptions for 373 yards in only 5 games is quite outstanding from the WR. Although he has only one touchdown in these games, everyone knows he is capable of far more. Jokes and lack ok knowledge aside, the man is doing good work so far and everyone’s looking up to how he will continue performing this season.
