Aiono boasts about 44k followers on IG and shares a lot of photos there with her friends, family, and of course, her boyfriend, Puka Nacua. She is also quite famous on TikTok, where she recently gained immense attention for a girl math video she experimented with the Rams’ WR. She has Polynesian roots as her mother is an American married to a half-Samoan, half-Maori husband. Fascinatingly, Puka Nacua is also of Polynesian descent. She went viral on TikTok on the occasion of Nacua’s first touchdown as an NFL rookie. In the video, she could be seen crying out of joy when Nacua scored his first touchdown against the Indianapolis Colts. It was a 22-yard pass that led to a 29-23 win against the Indianapolis team.

“Today is a very big day. Puka is gonna hit the rookie record for receiving yards and receptions. He only needs four catches and 29 yards,” said the WR’s girlfriend at one point on TikTok, when Nacua was about to break the said rookie record.
