The Las Vegas Raiders tight end Brock Bowers had a phenomenal rookie year last season. The 2025 season, however, has not done any good for the tight end yet. Currently recovering from a PCL injury in his knee, Bowers is on track to return in Week 9. But before that, the Raiders’ TE has teamed up with the New York Yankees legend Derek Jeter in a massive partnership.

On October 20, Jeter announced that Bowers is the newest equity partner in Greatness Wins, an athleisure brand by multiple sports stars. The Yankees legend co-founded the premium performance apparel brand with the UNTUCKit founder, Chris Riccobono. American Ballet Theatre’s principal dancer Misty Copeland and the NHL legend Wayne Gretzky also joined forces with the duo. Jeter aims his brand to make a name in the football world as the Raiders TE will focus on product development and marketing.
“Despite only being in the early stages of his career, he’s laying the path to greatness. We know that he will not only continue to build his legacy on the field, but also help us build an off-the-field legacy with Greatness Wins,” he said. The young player was also excited.

The Yankees legend also shared the update on his Instagram account with a post. He revealed that the Greatness Wins’ two values, “performance and authenticity” attracted him. These are the two core values that push him to work hard every day. He shared a carousel of photos wearing the brand’s gear. But mentioned in his caption that he wanted to push everyone, not only the players, to strive for greatness in every field.
Three years after the brand was launched, the legends are finally joining hands with the young blood in the current sports world. And with the brand now entering the NFL world, it has the potential to become a household name for athletes across the country.

Greatness Wins can serve all Brock Bowers’ fans
The brand started in June 2022, and from the beginning, Jeter and his team planned to create a big brand with a wide variety of athletic wear for everyone. Riccobono said they were waiting for the right time.

Misty Copeland, previously an Under Armour ambassador, played a big role in the brand’s women’s wear in 2023. She wanted a bigger role this time, as a founder, rather than just being a brand ambassador. Copeland didn’t design the line herself but helped select and curate the styles. She drew on her experience as a woman, an athlete, and a mother to make the collection fit and appeal to all body types.
Riccobono compared the brand’s growth potential to UNTUCKit, which started as a men’s shirt brand and now has sales over $200 million with more than 80 stores.

Like the men’s line, the women’s collection is focused on athletic performance but can also be worn casually. The brand calls this SportFit, using high-quality fabrics that hold up to washing and wear. It focuses on fit, comfort, and timeless style rather than flashy details. The collection includes leggings, tank tops, T-shirts, shorts, dresses, and joggers. Copeland praised the leggings for being soft, flattering, and perfectly fitting.

Currently, Greatness Wins offers men’s sportswear for golf, yoga, running, basketball, cycling, hiking, and cross-training.
So, Brock Bowers has a new role outside of the NFL. He will definitely get many more lessons from working with the brand. Derek Jeter, himself a baseball legend and a sports icon, will also benefit from the young star’s popularity.
