But that was probably just the beginning, as the next day she met with a terrifying incident that shook her.

On Tuesday, Patrick Mahomes’s mommy, Randi Mahomes took to her official X account to share a scary experience with her followers. She shared that while taking a drive to an unrevealed place, Randi saw a driver doing multitasking in his car.

In her own words, the Kansas City Chiefs’s mom said, “I look over and the driver next to me is holding up the phone watching a movie..” Wait, what? Well, that’s how Randi reacted next – “what?? Yikes???” Obviously, it is the first rule of driving that while driving a vehicle, do not use phones or tablets.

But this driver next to the mom of three was multitasking on a busy road. So, that’s definitely a concern to be worried about. Nevertheless, Randi Mahomes and others are safe, but with this experience she wanted her fans to be careful while driving. This is because others too have experienced the same issue, as one fan noted: “Truck drivers are doing it also, horrible drivers these days.”

Well, that’s not only just the present concern of Randi these days. On one hand, she is happy to see her son Patrick moving forward to achieve his 3-peat. On the other hand, the 53-year-old is facing a harsh time related to her dad’s health.

In September 2024, Randi Mahomes found herself torn after figuring that her father, Randy Martin, had been dealing with ill health. He was hospitalized and Patrick Mahomes’s momma made sure to be with him in his tough battle. She even posted about this on social media by writing, “This is how I fight my battles. If you are seeing this, take a moment, and PRAY for my dad now.”

However, later in October, the former school principal left the hospital and returned home to Texas with Randi and Mia. But after some time, Randi Mahomes once again asked her fans to pray for her father, who reappeared to be hospitalized due to deterioration in health. Before New Year, she asked her fans once again to pray: “Prayer warriors, please pray for my daddy. He is in the hospital and is not well.” That must be heartbreaking.

Nevertheless, as the prayers are on for Patrick Mahomes’s grandfather, Randi made sure to make dad happy by celebrating his birthday on January 6th. She said, “Friday night visiting my dad.” Well, it’s great news that at least for now she is able to keep her daddy happy in his old days.
