The Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver, Rashee Rice, is in dire straits. On March 31, Rice was allegedly suspected of being involved in a car accident. While no confirmation has come forth regarding his involvement with the same, the car involved in the purported incident was registered under Rashee Rice’s name, per the reports. Now, the latest update has added more fuel to the fire surrounding the wide receiver.

According to the dash cam video leaked, a black Lamborghini Urusand Corvette matching vehicles registered to Rice can be witnessed spinning out of control and causing a six-car pile up in a tragic accident. The images reportedly also showed a group of men fleeing the scene of the crash which involved a Lamborghini and a Corvette racing on the North Central Expressway Saturday evening in Dallas.

While it’s not certain if Rice is among those captured in the photos, the alleged report suggests that the police suspect he was the driver of the Corvette. NFL reporter Ari Meirov, on his official X account, shared the dashcam footage of the purported incident. Per the reports, police have stated, “The two drivers in a Corvette and Lamborghini were racing when they both lost control of their vehicles and crashed, causing a 6-vehicle accident.”

Another NFL insider, Dov Kleiman, shared an update of the witness and her statements on his official X account. He mentioned, “A woman was injured in the crash that involved #Chiefs WR Rashee Rice’s car, and she said the men put her 4 y/o son in danger and walked away without sympathy.”

Kleiman further added, ““I’m just blessed I was able to walk out of there.” She also said a pair of white cleats were left in the back of the Lamborghini.” Earlier a witness said they saw the accident happen firsthand while driving by. According to them, a Corvette and a Porsche were racing or having a road rage incident, and they collided. The Porsche was driving aggressively along the shoulder, while the Corvette was moving through traffic.

Eventually, as per the reports, both cars allegedly dangerously tried to get into the left lane at the same time, causing a big crash. Now, authorities are reportedly searching for Rice to gather more information about the accident.

What’s next for Rashee Rice?

Several outlets suggest police are looking for North Richland Hills, Texas native, Rashee Rice regarding the major accident that happened on Saturday evening. As of Sunday morning, it’s not known if Rice will face charges, and his role in the accident is uncertain.

It was reported that “Rice did not appear in Dallas County jail records as of 7 a.m. ET on Sunday.” Although the athlete’s involvement in the crash is unclear, the police report obtained by The Dallas Morning News listed him as the suspected driver of the Corvette.

Alleged reports suggest that the two people were taken to the hospital with minor injuries, while two others with minor injuries were treated at the scene, following the controversial incident.
