The head coach took his own time to start the press conference, while fans waited for the answers about the poor performance in the game and the season as well. As John Harbaugh did not turn up and kept the fans waiting, they started sending tomato emojis in the chat.

One fan took a direct shot at the head coach and wrote, “Congratulations on missing the playoffs.”

Harbaugh has been in the hot seat for a few seasons now. Fans want the Super Bowl, but John Harbaugh has failed to take Lamar Jackson and the team to win games. One member of the Ravens’ flock has even started a website to vote for his firing. The website named Fire John Harbaugh lists his poor record over the years and requests that the fans vote.

The website highlights three particularly damning points. First, they are wasting the prime years of their quarterback. Second, the fan accused the Ravens’ management of shutting down local media and trying to discredit the reporters. Third is the head coach blowing away 17 double-digit leads, most since 1991.

The last point proved to be crucial against the Patriots. They had a pretty convincing lead, but gave too many chances to the visitors.

John Harbaugh gave away an easy victory

The Pats were already in the playoffs. So, the Ravens needed a victory today, particularly after the Pittsburgh Steelers won their ninth game against the Detroit Lions.

At the 12:50 mark in the fourth quarter, running back Derrick Henry made a quick 2-yard run to score a touchdown, giving them an 11-point lead with a 24-13 score. He scored two touchdowns on 18 carries for 128 rushing yards. So, the Ravens just needed to give him the ball and let him make the runs. But John Harbaugh allowed mistakes to happen.

After Jackson was injured and was out of the game in the fourth quarter, Tyler Huntley came in. On the 4th-and-four play at the 5:12 mark in the fourth quarter, he made a false start, and the referees penalized them for five yards. It pushed them back, with play becoming 4 & 9. It forced them to punt the ball. But the receiver Zay Flowers made a vital mistake in the two-minute warning on the next drive.

Huntley threw the ball to Flowers on his left, who avoided a tackle from safety Dell Pettus. But linebacker K’Lavon Chaisson came from his right and punched the ball out of his hands, which was recovered by the visitors, who then gained possession and ran out the clock to secure the win.

The Ravens now have a 2% chance of qualifying for the playoffs. But John Harbaugh will be lucky if they make it.
