Swift and Kelce have been dating for months now. She has been supportive of his endeavors, coming to the stadium to watch every game of the Chiefs that she could. And the 34-year-old Travis has shown up at her concerts. But with this romantic expression, Travis has had to endure some obstacles as well.
Travis Kelce had to change locations
Recently, the 7X Pro Bowler Jason Kelce was on ‘The Big Podcast with Shaq’, hosted by Adam Lefkoe and NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal. On the pod, Jason opened up about the tribulations related to being associated with a pop icon like Swift.
“He (Travis Kelce) had to completely move out of his house”, said Jason, shocking the hosts. The footballer was enquired about the particular reasons for the move made by his brother. And the 36-year-old laid the truth out in the open.
“People were coming by, people just staying by his house. Safety reasons”, summed up Jason. But it is not all down the hill! As Jason also talked about the advantages of gaining astronomical fame, within a matter of days as well.
The doors open instantly
“We’ve always been big in the football world right Travis especially,” said Jason as he tried to compare their prominence before and after the link-up with 14X Grammy-winning Swift. “The Taylor world and the pop culture world that’s a whole different level,” said the elder sibling.
“It’s crazy what it opens up opportunity wise”, said Jason about fame. And he is correct, as the entire Kelce family has been presented with opportunities from endorsements to brand deals. But mostly, the fame and recognition have also been helpful for the Kelce’s to give back to the community as well.
