The Brazil leg of Taylor Swift’s The Eras Tour seems to be jinxed with tragedies stalking faithful fans of the pop icon. Swift, who has prioritized work over attending Kansas City Chiefs’ games, is “devastated” because of the recent events.

“The Brazil concerts… She is devastated about a fan dying. The weather is extreme. It’s a mess she didn’t expect. It’s been a traumatic experience. It’s been a lot,” an insider was quoted as saying. On social media, a story broke out that two Swift fans recently died. With her fans in mourning and the Brazilian weather so harsh, it looks tough for Swift.

As per reports, Gabriel Mongenot Santana Milhomem Santos, 25, who had traveled from the country’s center-west region to see Swift, was stabbed to death on a Copacabana beach. However, before her, another Swift fan lost her life to an illness. Ana Clara Benevides Machado, 23, fell ill during the singer’s first show in the city and passed away in a hospital.

In addition to this, Brazil is experiencing severe heatwaves, with temperatures reaching 138 degrees Fahrenheit. Many fans reportedly fainted from extreme heat and were also being mugged.

With so much going on, the singer is disturbed. She reportedly had plans to spend Thanksgiving with star tight end Travis Kelce. Will she go ahead with her plans?

Swift and Kelce do not have any official plans on November 23. However, they do have plans the day before and after Thanksgiving, and this could potentially hamper the chances of fans seeing them together. “She doesn’t know her holiday plans yet,” a source told ‘Page Six’.

The singer is set to perform three consecutive nights in São Paulo from November 24-26. On a similar note, the Kansas City Chiefs’ star will be away on November 26 for a game against the Las Vegas Raiders. The Chiefs have lost two of their last three games and are looking to regain their winning streak. Hence, this is an important game for Travis Kelce.

Although it looks challenging, a miracle could happen, and Kelce and Swift might spend the holiday together. But nothing is certain.
