Russell Wilson gets questioned on his behavior

The topic regarding Wilson’s nature has been in the limelight for some time now. On his podcast ‘All Facts No Brakes with Keyshawn Johnson’, Johnson brought up the contentious topic once more. “People are going to look at in that locker room and question his authenticity”, said the 3X Pro Bowler on Wilson’s new teammates at the Steelers.

According to several sources, Wilson’s overtly optimistic behavior is perceived by many as fake. And Johnson gets into the minds of the Steelers roster and what they’ll be thinking about Wilson.

A competition for the quarterbacks

As Wilson’s move to the Steelers became official, the expectations were that he would have to compete for the QB1 role against Kenny Pickett. However, Pickett was traded to the Philadelphia Eagles soon after. Now, Justin Fields has joined the Steelers from the Chicago Bears. And many expect there to be a competition for the starter QB role!

Wilson hasn’t competed for the starting position since his rookie year back in 2012 with the Seattle Seahawks. However, the 9X Pro Bowler has rarely shied away from competition in his playing career. And the expectations will be for him to prove his mettle on the turf once more!
