They’ve not only joined in for the excitement of the Chiefs’ Super Bowl journey but the airline is also honoring Kelce and Swift as they have introduced two special flights for Chiefs fans.

Their win has now marked the Chiefs’ fourth Super Bowl entry in the past five years. Not to mention, Taylor Swift was also present on the sidelines of the game to support her boyfriend, TE Travis Kelce. The two were seen kissing after the win. With so many great things happening, another happy news caught the couple off-guard.

“Look what you made us do”-American Airlines on their new Traylor inspired flights

If you are heading to Las Vegas from Kansas City for the Super Bowl on February 11, American Airlines’ new flight numbers will catch your attention. The airlines has created a flight from Kansas City to Las Vegas with the flight number 1989 and the return flight will bear the number 87.

These flights will be bridging Kansas City International Airport and Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas together. Flight 1989 is an ode to Taylor Swift’s famous album and her birth year. The flight is set to depart from Las Vegas on February 10. It is scheduled to run twice from Kansas City to Las Vegas on Feb. 9 and Feb. 10, both departing at 12:30 p.m. local time.

Another flight named Flight 87 is also scheduled for February 12, which is the day after the Super Bowl. Yes, 87 is Kelce’s jersey number. Flight 87 will depart from Las Vegas for Kansas City at 12:20 a.m. local time on February 12.

In a statement to the Associated Press, American Airlines said, “You could say that after tonight’s games, we are in our football era, and we are thrilled to provide additional direct flights from Kansas City to Las Vegas. To our customers who are huge sports fans, look what you made us do.”

Not many fans will miss the Chiefs’ game in the Super Bowl. However, one question remains: Will Taylor Swift attend the Super Bowl?

Swift’s Super Bowl appearance might not happen

Even though Swift has managed to successfully attend the Chiefs compete for most of the season, she might miss the endgame. Swift’s appearance for the Super Bowl is now doubtful due to her demanding schedule. It is because she concludes a series of four concerts in Tokyo as part of ‘The Eras Tour’ on Saturday night.
