Taking to its official Instagram page, the Webby Awards shared an update regarding the upcoming rivalry between the couple. Along with a vibrant picture of Taylor and Travis, they captioned “The most buzzworthy celeb couple on the internet is fighting … to win a Webby Award!.”

The Webby is given for excellence on the Internet, including nominations from music, politics, education, tech, humor, and law through various websites. This year Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce will be vying for the award. “Both Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are nominated for “Best Creator or Influencer Collaboration” in the #Webbys People’s Voice!” posted the official Webby’s account on IG. Besides this, they urged the fans to support their favorite star by penning “Are you Team Swiftie or #ChiefsKingdom?.”

The Webby Awards is also known as ‘the Oscars of the Internet’ organized by The International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences annually. Founded in 1996, this May 13 will be the 28 annual Webby Awards. The Cipriani Wall Street in New York will host the star-studded show. And so, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce will compete against each other.

Even though the couple is pitting against each other for the Webby Awards. They leave no stone unturned to cherish each other. Taylor is often seen taking out some time for her boyfriend Kelce’s games, and Kelce returned the favor by visiting her concert.

Earlier, The Kansas City Chiefs superstar expressed his gratefulness for Swift’s support during the playoffs. “We’re both very career-driven. We both love what we do and any chance that I can show my support to her — and knowing that she’s showing me all the support in the world throughout the season — it’s just been an amazing experience getting to know Tay,” Kelce remarked.

Like Kelce, the Grammy winner also displayed her love for Kelce by cheering for him during games. In September 2023, the duo delighted fans with their relationship, when the pop singer made her presence at a home game at Missouri’s Arrowhead Stadium.
