There’s one thing that Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs must be thankful for this Thanksgiving. That is, continuing with a near-spotless season. The Raiders visited the Kansas City team at home and left the game with a frown on their faces. Strangely enough, Swifties believe that KC winning that game against the Las Vegas Raiders has something to do with Taylor Swift.
Of course, the pop star was there cheering for the team that did absolutely nothing but spam field goals one after the other. The fans are calling this 19-17 win lucky. And now, we have a word for it, “Tayvoodoo.” The singer was seen celebrating the win with other WAGs at the GEHA Field and X is flooded with her celebrating.
But before we get into the Swifties shenanigans, let’s check out what the singer was up to at the game. Right off the bat, Swift posted a picture with Chris Jones’ girlfriend Sheawna and Mecole Hardman’s fiancé Chariah. All of them looked like they were coming straight out of a fashion show or something.

Chris Jones understandably looked tired after the second straight win, but the WAG trio was super elated after the win. Another Swift fan page shared a video of Sheawna and the popstar having a moment together after the game, recording a video of themselves. Taylor Swift can be seen wearing a red Louis Vuitton overcoat, while we’re not really sure about Chris Jones’ girlfriend’s fit.
The GEHA Field was empty after the game, but the 14x Grammy Award winner was seen handing out souvenirs to kids and taking pictures with them. But talking about the game, the Kansas City Chiefs have been really lucky coming out with a win like that. Maybe the Chiefs are fortunate or luck simply doesn’t have anything to do with it. However, Swifties believe that the singer’s presence at the game somehow helped secure the win.
What’s your perspective on:
Did Taylor Swift's 'Tayvoodoo' really help the Chiefs win, or was it just pure luck?

The Swifties believe that the Chiefs’ victories are a result of the ‘Taylor Swift effect’
Patrick Mahomes came out completing 26 of his 46 passes over 306 yards and throwing a lone touchdown. Things weren’t going so well in the first quarter, with the Chiefs only having scored one field goal. The only TD Mahomes threw was a 6-yard pass to Justin Watson with 2:14 remaining in the first half. Matthew Wright, the new kicker, did the heavy lifting for most of the game.

That made Jason Palmer, the Bleacher Report NFL Insider take to X and post, “This is just incredible. The #chiefs are good. We know that. But there is no denying how lucky they’ve been this season. It’s absolutely insane. This is beyond the argument that the Chiefs just know how to win late in games. These finishes are next level. No way to explain it.”

His comments got the attention of a Swiftie, who replied to him saying, “The universe favors Taylor Swift. She’s supernatural.” Another person took to X and posted how “The luck that the Chiefs have is absolutely unreal bro 😂 #ChiefsKingdom,” to which a Taylor Swift fan replied, “It’s not luck; it’s Tayvoodoo!”
Soon, others hopped on the bandwagon, with one fan writing on X, “The explanation is tayvoodoo.” We’ll let you decide whether the Chiefs are pressing their luck or if it’s the Taylor Swift effect that was their savior tonight. Let us know what you think about the game.
