It seems like the sacking of Josh McDaniels is working wonders for the Las Vegas Raiders. The Los Angeles Chargers are against the Vegas team and getting beaten to a pulp. There is no telling whether things will change in the upcoming quarters, but the Raiders are leading handsomely. In the wake of this game, Pat McAfee vocalized his disappointment with the Chargers team.

Both teams have some of their key players missing. For the Raiders, the major blow came when Josh Jacobs suffered a quad injury and was ruled out of the game. Despite that, the Raiders are doing an excellent job of keeping the Los Angeles Chargers at bay.

Pat McAfee expressed his disappointment with the game. As expected, Aidan O’Connell is doing wonders for the Raiders, considering how his job is on the line. But coming back to McAfee, he tweeted, “Damn.. This Chargers team stinks.” The Raiders scored five back-to-back touchdowns, and things couldn’t be better for the team.

Earlier, it was unclear if Davante Adams would play the game. Fortunately, instead of Josh Jacobs’ absence, Adams stepped up and is playing the game. Five touchdowns came in the first quarter. The first one came from the RB Zamir White on his 1-yard run. The second time, O’Connell slung a 30-yard pass to Tre Tucker, and the final blow came when the QB delivered a 22-yard pass to Jakobi Meyers. The fourth TD came from an 11-yard pass from O’Connell to Micahel Mayer. The fifth TD came from Brandon Bolden’s 26-yard TD run.

The Allegiant Stadium is packed with cheers and screams from the overjoyed Las Vegas Raiders fans for the first time in a long time. Unfortunately for the Chargers, the game isn’t going well with Easton Stick in command.

Justin Herbert suffered a season-ending injury as he has a broken index finger in his right hand and will undergo surgery soon. His absence has given a chance to Easton Stick to prove his mettle, but things aren’t working out for the LA team. Maybe because it’s Stick’s second game of the season, and there’s too much pressure to cope.

Despite Stick’s decent pass completion rate, the Chargers have scored just one touchdown, and at this pace, they will lose the game. However, games like Vikings vs. Colts or Dolphins vs. the Titans still spark hope for a much-needed comeback.

One take at a time

Basketball has stuck with me ever since I was a kid. I remember watching Kobe Bryant sometime in 2008 and being blown away. Like every kid my age, I was utterly taken aback by his moves and abilities as an athlete.
