Highlighting Rodgers’ presence, Boyle said, “Aaron’s a peaceful, calming presence for me. He does a good job of painting a good picture for a quarterback. You know my first time in preseason playing and he was on the sideline. The Street closed, you know, he was able to kind of communicate some stuff to me, so kind of felt the same way, I think you know, from him.”

In Rodgers’ absence, earlier it was Zach Wilson, but now Tim Boyle will have to take the Jets offense forward. In his recovery period, Rodgers will continue contributing, not by taking the position at the gridiron but through the sideline.
