In June, 2017, former professional golfer, Spieth, sank a 20-foot birdie putt on the 18th hole, taking a one-shot lead over Boo Weekley at the Travelers Championship. Ultimately he won $1,224,000. Once again, his triumph is revisited by the Chiefs tight end, Kelce, who reportedly ignored his girlfriend Taylor Swift’s piece, to pay Spieth a subtle tribute.

Travis Kelce is becoming a pro!
In a recently shared Instagram story by basketball player Chandler Parsons, Travis Kelce, dressed in golf white-colored attire, could be seen striking a shot towards the golf hole, and he successfully achieved it. However, the shot wasn’t the reminder of Jordan Spieth, as they both had quite different goals to achieve. Instead it was the moment of celebration that Kelce resembled with Spieth’s 2017 celebration.

Following his successful shot, the tight end was observed jumping and bumping into his friend in celebration, reminiscent of Spieth’s reaction to winning the 18th hole with a bunker shot. In that game, the professional golfer was similarly seen jumping and bumping into his accompanying friend, celebrating the achievement.
Furthermore, Kelce’s shot came during his girlfriend Taylor Swift’s song “Bad Blood” playing in the background. Fans believe that the song was played to distract him but he still managed a good shot, proving he really wasn’t bothered as much during the shot. However, that doesn’t mean he completely ignored Swift’s song, as in the later part of the video, the NFL athlete was seen syncing in the music, using the golf stick as an air guitar.
