Barkley was drafted by the Giants in the 2018 NFL Draft and Eli retired from the Giants in 2019. That gave Eli two seasons to prank Barkley, including the Philadelphia Eagles newbie’s rookie season. And Barkley recounts the hilarious prank with the Kelce brothers.

Since Eli was a legend on the roster and Barkley a rookie, he went on to check Eli’s hurting tooth. However, Eli told the 27-year-old to open his mouth, so that Eli could show the tooth that hurt.

However, as soon as Barkley opened his mouth, Eli threw grass inside. “I’m like just threw grass in my mouth”, said Barkley. And even before the story started, Kelce had warned Barkley as he said, “Got to watch out for those Mannings”. Peyton and Eli are true pranksters

Elder brother Peyton started his pranking career way before Eli. Peyton in 2013 pranked the entire Denver Broncos roster after a training camp at Duke University by sending them exorbitant fake bills. “He played it for a good five minutes, and they finally told me it was a joke”, said the former Broncos wide receiver. However, years later in 2022, younger brother Eli 3 years after his retirement, took things up a notch!

Eli put on makeup, including a fake nose and a wig to pretend to be a walk-on for Penn State University. The 4X Pro Bowler displayed his exceptional skills while competing against the youngsters.
