“A moment we’ll never forget,” Annah wrote in the caption of a video documenting the gender reveal of the soon-to-arrive third baby.

In the video, their son Ace, who was born in August 2022, said he wants a sister, and even their daughter Maisey, who was born in 2023, said she wants the same. Annah picked a girl, too. However, all of them lost to Tua, who had hoped for a boy.

The family of four sat around a box, which revealed blue-colored goodies. Tagovailoa noted that he was pretty good at nailing these guesses and was beyond happy they were going to welcome another boy to their growing family.

Tagovailoa knows what it’s like to be a father, and the moment he welcomed his first kid, he knew it was the world’s best feeling.

“It’s very unique how having a child impacts how you see things differently in life. It’s like nothing that I’ve experienced,” Tagovailoa said to the media back in 2022. “There’s no playbook for this because everyone’s experience is different, whether you’re having a boy first or a girl. I thank my Heavenly Father up above that I got a boy first. Oh, man. I don’t know what I’d do if I had a girl. It’d be a little harder, I think, because I wouldn’t know what to do necessarily.”

Tua Tagovailoa and Annah’s love story began during their college days at the University of Alabama, where they are believed to have met. They kept their relationship private and eventually married in a private ceremony in Florida.

Since then, Annah has been a huge pillar of support for the quarterback. She cheered for him when the Miami Dolphins signed him to a four-year, $212.4 million extension in 2024, stuck by him when the team released him, and supported him when he was signed by Atlanta.
